I had the same problem yesterday. Here is what fixed my problem last night. It's from the one-list.

"We had a bad MktHours.inf file go out. It is corrected now, but if you tried to connect when it was live (or switched servers) you have a bad file in Qcharts. To fix, delete the MktHours file in the Qcharts directory (you can use Start-->Find-->Files or Folders and search for the file name, too) and restart Qcharts (be sure you exit the software before you delete the file). A new MktHours file is sent when you synchronize files in Qcharts.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

Paul"

Hope this helps.

Blake

Mr. B,

It's fine for me at 10:50 PST.

Have you pinged your connection? Might be an ISP or Internet problem.

Regards,

Dan.
