Last years revenue of $5 million with earnings of $420,000 and growing and we scoop them for $1.2 mill down and $1.2 mill over 5 years. This is below the price I was expecting so I am a happy guy this morning.

Absolutely no dilution!

In short, a great deal. Couldn't ask for anything better IMO.

PS: As to the stock options, I should have a definitive answer this afternoon. Expecting a call from Louis anytime soon
