I stand corrected on my last post (wrist slap).

Based on the unaudited results for the nine-month period ended Sept. 30, 1999, Enviromation reported revenue and net income before taxes of $2.2-million (U.S.) and $280,000 (U.S.) respectively. Revenue for the year ended Dec. 31, 1999, is projected to be approximately $3.3-million (U.S.).

I had said in the last post that they had earning of $420,000 (Can.) last year. I should have said that they had $420,000 (Can.) earnings for the last 9 months. You will noticed that revenues went from $3.3 million (Can.) for the last 9 months to an estimated $5 million for the year. That is $1.7 million, or 50% of the revenue for the past 9 months, in the last quarter. I'm not sure if this is normally a good quarter or how much revenue was for the year but it sure isn't a negative <ggg>

With that being said I don't think we should concentrate on Enviromation since it is not at the heart of JDX. It appears to be great little company with good growth potential that JDX picked up for a song and also cured a bunch of regulation problems both right now and when they go to the NASDAQ. However it is the deals to be announced and the alliances that has got me excited.... If they next couple deals look great and are in a hot field and we get our name change so people don't confuse us with a mining company we will be off to the races.

Best Regards
KEITH
