Do you still consider Sotheby's a perfect buy and hold considering the trashing by Christie's and the reappearance of the DOJ case?

Re. Morgan Stanley---they reversed their buy rapidly by constant downgrading. One day they are there and then not there. It's called a rapid disappearing act---written reports touting the stock and then a rapid downgrading picked up by press with no time for stockholders to be alerted.

Now that presidential elections are finished---back to stocks.

Sothebys has proven to be a buy and hold. Fascinating the trashing they got and yet they are surviving.

What is your opinion now after almost 1 year.
