I use TD Waterhouse for up to 5,000 shares: $12 on limit orders.

For unlisted shares in any amount, I use NDB: $19.75 for limit orders.

A poster on RB says the CRI shares are showing up. If I'm not mistaken I believe he may use e*trade from looking back through some of his old posts.....can someone confirm? Check your e*trade messages if you use.
