Intermedia Gets Internet Boost from Williams Communications

11/26/99 Williams Communications Group Inc. (Tulsa, OK) is providing Intermedia Communications with a meshed 11-route OC-48 backbone as part of a new agreement detailed today. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Williams Communications' network is a national provider of telecommunications products and services for the carrier marketplace. Intermedia Communications provides integrated telecommunications solutions to business, government, interexchange, and local exchange customers.

I agree, selling stock to have cash for Christmas is not very wise.

My theory is based on the fact that only a small number of shares are being traded. Ideally, the volume should be in the millions. There is no reason for the price to be this low. I expected that it would hit $40 by end of year.
