S.W, I had to smile when I read your reference to WCAP... There was XNET too... you had trouble getting to like (40 cents to $6.50)... Yet, it's one of the most conservative OTC-BB Stock I have ever seen, as they shun Publicity and won't employ an IR/PR Firm, as they find the exercise "too expensive"... We may hear about them in the near Future, as they're striving to get listed on NASDAQ and they may get acquired sooner than they think... They're now the #5 ISP in Bejing and are present in 6 other major Cities... Their activities also encompass Internet Content, e-mail, Paging, Domain Registration, etc... OSCR and SHPS are slow to move because what they have to offer appears so INCREDIBLE.... Investors have been taught to be wary of "what seems too good to be True".... ONLY IN THIS CASE, IT'S TRUE and Firms that do EXTENSIVE Due Diligence on their future customers, like BDO, the Accountants, Loeb & Loeb, the Lawyers and Edelman, the same PR Firm Microsoft uses, are living Testimony to that... Do you think I am going to go in and just lift offers to drive up the price. I hear the comments on this board and can tell we have a lot of $1,000 investors waaiting to sell on a good move. I want the stock to stay here. Today I bought about 10,000 shares from sellers like you. I want the stock to stay here for a month or more. You sell and I buy, but I buy cheap. Now I thank OSCR management for hiring and keeping a moron to do their PR. If what is said here is from th PR firm I would have to say they are not very compitent or ethical. I have seen some say they talked with this very poor excuse for a account rep and were told that until it is NASDAQ they would not do much because they don't usually deal with BB stocks. In my world you do the very best with everything you handle. The BB line can only be an excuse they are using because they stink. So small wonder cash in your 1,000 shares because it is causing way to much stress. You don't have much insite into how the markets work. On stocks you like and are accumulating you don't them to go up. I know what will happen in the future and am happy to get 10-20K a day at these low prices. Who knows if it starts to go up to fast I will put a large block up for sale to draw in more sellers to move the price back down. To hear some of you whine about it not going to the moon today makes me laugh. Oh yea I bought on Mon, Tues, and Wed. I will still be trying to get more all of next week. But I won't be chasing offers. You need to go back to investing 101 and read what buying a stock is all about. Hope I didn't affend you but the stupidity of such a statement disturbs me.
