Hi, Blue! Well, this place has withstood a very raucous sixties party in the past where people did not even remember exactly who they got friendly with because of copious amounts of alcohol and recreational drugs ingested, broken hearts(mine included), a huge fight where I managed to alienate almost everyone which took about a year to heal from, and countless assaults on most posters' intelligence and deeply held feelings almost every week. I guess that is why it is the Feelings thread! Where is Rambi when you need her? I think she is very familiar with making bunkers back into nice homey places, and patching over bullet holes. But it certainly seems like a fixable situation, doesn't it? These threads ebb and flow over time, and take on a life of their own. Sometimes I wonder if I created something that is is my responsibility to nurture for the rest of my life. I go away and everything is fine for a long while, but ultimately I guess I agree that the person who started the thread must maintain a presence for it to flourish in the long run.
