PILOT PLANT OR WHAT? Really can't see a huge (economically viable) investment in a "leading edge" technology without a substantial amount of time and money (and no N.V dividends paid yet) spent on ramping up from a trial basis (ie pilot plant)to actual ,full blown , unadulterated, money making production! This deal, if it materializes, looks to me like a win for Tobin and his province and a long drawn out agonizing wait for N.V shareholders. Maybe Brian deserves more credit than some are willing to admit!
