This is a chip that has only been designed and run in simulation, and even this is only based on their claims. They may get some type of financing next year.

Why do you think INTC would be nervous?

Dear Walter: Even if that chip is feasible (it is not real at this time only a drawing I believe) the immense problem of finalizing the design, building a FAB, putting together an organization, marketing and distributing in an economy refuted to be basically the Mafia would appear to be almost beyond comprehension. Were such a chip actually feasible, common business sense indicates the owners of the design would be far more prudent to bring it to an established large micro processor manufacturer such as INTC and share in the profits through royalties. The fact that Scott McNeally of SUNW had that opportunity and turned it down does not speak well of the potential of the chip. JDN
