it is also a very efficient way to turn investor cash into employee stock options - weighted heavily at the executive level. it is efficient, all right. efficient at parting investors from their money.

chuzz, didn't dell do a several hundred million dollar stock offering? why did they cite "ongoing operations" as the need for the money when they use ity to buy back stock...

stock they just issued... ho ho ho ho ho!
