Gerald? If you want to argue with Reggie, be my guest, I took a vow a couple years ago. If you want to present the libertarian view, that's fine too, I'm sure you'd do a much better job than libertarian in chief JFD on "how high", he seems to be a bit borkish of late.

As for Levy himself, if you object to me calling him a "hired gun", perhaps you could consider this article I picked up from www.microsoft.com: lawnewsnetwork.com

For 62 days in court, the Department of Justice and its hired gun, David Boies, hammered Microsoft in a futile attempt to show that the company's bad-boy tactics have harmed consumers.

Or perhaps you'd prefer a couple others from the same source: seattletimes.com, microsoft.com . That last was originally published in The Washington Times, the first place I'd look for objective coverage of anything. I couldn't find a link to the article Reggie posted at www.microsoft.com, but I'm sure it's a temporary oversight, the line Levy takes is a very popular one over on "How High", I assume there's a reason that everybody's flogging it there.

Cheers, Dan.
