<<so while the case may be expedited on appeal; Clintonista lapdogs aren't there to decimate MSFT like they did to the 80+ women & children in Waco.>>

This was pure jealousy on the part of the Clinton regime. I assume they were just trying to 'Keep up with the Chiefs'.

After all, we all know that Waco was:

- A plot to distract historians from the memory of Harry Truman detonating TWO atomic weapons over civilian population centers in the big one.

- An obvious attempt to outperform Richard Nixon at Mi Lai.

- A domestic counter to Ron Regan's bombing of that poor soul Momar Gadaffi. In that raid, Regan only killed one child, but destroyed a much larger compound

I know it's hard for your blank mind to grasp, but maybe, just maybe, WACO and Ruby Ridge were tragic mistakes made by human beings who couldn't quite handle the public scrutiny.

So, I guess one must conclude that the courts will just sit back and let MSFT shoot itself in the foot - again.
