fwiw..... the latest filing included some brief details about 1mil of financing as "part of a new" package. Given all the negatives, I find it interesting that a banking entity has determined that sufficient collateral exists in this regard. Like I said, if you think in terms of a re-start, then there seems to be something left going on, with or without SEC redtape in tow. It all may be disgusting, in that earlier in the year dci seemed to be close to becoming something, but its hard to figure that there's no there, there. I've had to start up again in my own business. (Hope it doesn't take dci as long to get it's act together as it did me!). Hope everyone had a good holiday, back to work tomorrow! dd

Steve, As usual, you make me think. FWIW, I do feel there is definitely something left. "Feel" is the operative word but (as you stated) if there was nothing...would there be so much ado? What is being prohibited by the SEC and what is being deliberately withheld by DCI is something we can only guess. The shareholders seem to have lost their importance to both. The idea of viewing DCI as a "start up" is the most palatable and least painful to me for reasons you well know. Right now, all has earned the right to be questioned. I sure wish I had some gifted insight of comfort for everyone in deep here...and just pray all the longs are soon championed to some reasonable conclusion by Joe Murphy and DCI. Onward, George
