Dear Arnold: I installed the 5.0 from their cd-rom disk. However, in the process my screen went blank. I waited awhile and it didnt come back up even after moving the mouse along. So I turned off the monitor then turned it back on again. Then I had some kind of message your monitor is ok but still no picture. After awhile I just turned off the computer without exiting properly. When I rebooted I was surprised to find aol.5.0 was in fact installed. However, maybe I messed something up in the process. I will call aol. IF I can get through. All day sunday I couldnt just call back message!!! JDN
