I stand corrected. The Mi Lai trial was held during the Nixon regime, the act was committed during the Democratic term. Perhaps you'll allow me to substitute the illegal bombing of Cambodian citizens instead? Thanks in advance.

I'm surprised that there aren't other comments. Perhaps the two faced Newt Gingrich has left a bad taste in the Right's mouth. Once a fair haired boy, now fallen from grace.

One thing you need to understand John is that my views appear to you to be skewed to the left because you are so skewed to the right. Fighting a monopoly, after all, was predominantly a Republican undertaking earlier this century.

I've tried to debate those who seem to want to blame everything on the Democrats and this president. It just isn't that easy.

Our political system is at fault, not a single party. For every flaw that has been pointed out concerning slick Willy, I can dredge up several from the Republican political past.

Those on the extreme left scare me as much as you and yours on the extreme right. What scares me even more are those that have placed George Bush squarly in their pockets, and for that reason alone I'm very wary of the new Republicans.
