The entire conference call including the Q&A with the analysts was available via
telephone. The Q&A was not kept private and away from you or me as you state. It
was available. I listened to it.

Read your post again and get your act together.

I did that and I will copy it for you here. It is what I said it was, not a full representation on the net, only the company comments, not the Q&A.

I think that you are confusing a few circumstances together and blaming it on rumors. if
you go to there website, and listen to the CC, you will see it lasts 32 minutes. The call
lasted longer than that, but they didn't offer the Q&A to the internet audience. This was
intentional and wrong. I would even call that selective disclosure. I placed calls on
Wedenesday morning to IR and to peter Troup and neither dept. had called me back as of
1:30 PM Friday. I would say this is not acceptable for an IR dept.

Here is the link to the CC:

Let it rest Paul...Continue to hold this company and I hope you make a lot of money. I will pick my time to move on to another company that I think executes better, has better focus, and presents its situation more accurately to the investment community.

FYI:

Novell was part of a TV story on a show up here in Canada called "UnderCurrents" - a TV show like "60 minutes" but it focuses on the goings-on within the media and marketing.
(PS - they also supposedly are in 60-minute today according to their web site.)

This TV story talked about a company called "ZeroKnowledge" and how they successfully turned a VaporWare product and their company from nothing into a media success.

zeroknowledge.com

Aparently their vaporware product had some similarities with Novell's recent Digital-Me announcement and they "fed" the media with so-called expertise to ask the right questions (embarassing) to Novell during the announcement.

This report from "UnderCurrents" focused in on how they manipulate the media in order to become better known in the industry which in turn makes securing new funding that much easier. Sounds like so many other startups.

It was a good report. Thats why I love that show.

Interesting accumulation of NOVL shares this morning. Continues the action of last week and on Friday. Weakness at the open, quiet accumulation throughout the day and into the close. Something seems to be pending IMHO.

Until then, and interesting article on MAD and NDS, and delays for CSCO's porting of CNS/AD to Solaris and HP-UX.
