To all, Using a PM, my Uncle Frank explained his reasons which I shall not divulge for starting a new G&K thread. His thinking is against my advice which shall also remain private. The reason I mention this is that I encourage everyone to stay the course here in this thread. In my mind, it serves no purpose in this Camelot of Cyberspace for us to move from thread to thread every time someone decides it's not for them. Just as the Camelot of olde was not perfect, this one isn't either. But it's as good as it gets based on my experiences. Trying to make it work rather than leaving it is the only thing that will improve upon the existing course that has been laid. If you respect the better qualities of this thread as I do, you can join me in being forever indebted to Frank (and Lindy) for getting the threaad started and for being a major force in bringing it to where it is today. It's my feeling that King Arthur's seat at the Round Table will be vacant until his buns return to warm it up again. As for Jill and the others who might wish to return to the thread now that Frank has decided to move elsewhere, I also encourage that we welcome all of them. As I've written in the past, I preferred that they had never left the thread but respect their right to do so. Just as I didn't question their reasons for leaving, I won't questions their reasons for joining us or not joining us. We've lost a few hunters of late but we still have the maps pointing us in the direction of the gorillas. I can't immediately come up with a decent metaphor for the Kings, but you get the point. The process is in place. None of us is indispensible, especially a wizard with a propensity for sheer laziness. :) --Mike Buckley
