Hi I,
"People who save,invest,and save some more are penalized for having assets."

Part of the illogic of our tax code. Punish the thrifty, praise the foolhearty. Mass psychologists must shake their heads when they think about it. Aren't we "good" parents when we praise good behavior and ignore bad? Why can't the Congress and IRS be "good parents?"

Ugh! here it is 6:00 AM central time and already I'm ranting! Sorry, I'll go back into hibernation!!

Aside from the obvious, take a look at SILI. It has already paid for my middle one's college (and it was her idea (from a HS Economics class) even though she though it was SI when she picked it).
