Good post. I do want to defend the use of PM's, which I consider one of the strong points of SI. In any group of people, virtual or otherwise, there are bound to be some conflicts and misunderstandings. If these can be taken to a PM, it doesn't pollute the thread, and even more important the lack of public scrutiny allows people to be less defensive. They can then reach a resolution much easier. This thread is a precious resource, and it's important for all of us to try our best to solve any problems so that we can proceed with the important business of trying to get rich (or in the case of some, richer) <<gg>>
