LT, look at Corel... NFW! 6.5 is a strawman and the market has given the finger to any correlation to interest rates or any other form of suppression. We've already been through 6.5% and that was a "great dip to buy", (as long as it was SUNW or ORCL or QCOM) now the worry threshold is set at 7%.
