Hi Big Bird!, Yes, looks like lots of clogged arteries to the brain in the AUG (AIM Users Group) this weekend. I think we got on the Quiet Subjects list! Well, we're all feeling fat and sassy any way. Unless someone does something incredibly foolish (just read the news on the WTO scare) my portfolio should close the month with yet another record high water mark. Feels good. I realized that I'd not updated the Special Report on mutual funds this year! I'm only about three months late! Sorry everyone. I'm impressed with the three year Average Total Return of some of the funds as I scan the list! Some have managed over 40% annualized for three years! Not bad! Of course if you'd just bought an S&P 500 Index fund you'd have done 29% annualized! What amazes me is how many funds DON'T do as well as the index. We hear this on the news, but taking a highliter pen and marking just those that do exceed that goal leaves lots of ink in the pen and lots of unmarked funds! I faked severe physical duress and didn't do much in the way of holiday decorating outside. Just have to remember to not shoot any baskets or play tackle football for a couple more weeks!
