Big Picture---I think the big averages will be lower on Dec31 than at today's lows---I think OSX stands a good chance of dipping below 65---XOI is not done on the downside.... Crude may turn back up one last time to a new high before heading towards 20-22 ---obviously, I'm not one of Big Bull's consultants (vbg)---And of course I may be totally wrong here just as I was with a few notorious bombs on individual stocks! --but this is what the charts are 'telling' me, stochastics or not. we shall see.------I am particularly suspect of the current position of the major averages. Would you believe the 10day put/call ratio hit a new record low for the entire decade on Fri! 10day TRIN was an incredibly low .68 while the a/d line is a 4 year low and the averages are in the stratsphere. Something is wrong with this picture folks! ---in fact, very few are allowing for the possibility of taking out 9975. I for one would not be that surprised if that happens---and IF it does, the euphoric mood will likely turn somber very quickly. After all, after a strong bounce, the averages are not supposed to take out their prior lows-it goes against everthing the dippers now fervantly believe in..... We shall see.
