It's kind of humorous that they are raising the bid. I wonder if the people who agreed to the old price (if any) are still bound?

I'm keeping my shares also.

Neil, am wondering if I am missing something. Why would anyone choose to tender their shares for $15.75? I am sure most shareholders have a cost basis well above this. And, more important, this one can go up, up, up especially with the holiday sales ringing up at the register!
