I agree with everything you say. And, my own nagging concerns about GMST has led me to jump in and out a couple of times in the last month. I am treating it more like royalty--holding lightly.

My eagerness to see earnings results is because the earnings, if good, could be an indicator that GMST is entering its tornado. You are correct, though, when you say that a company with no previous earnings is not exciting. So, we will not be able to judge by growth alone. Perhaps this will be a case where raw numbers or earnings as a percent of revenues will be a key factor. If the earnings are bad I will probably bail and use my capital elsewhere for a while. As it is, I maintain a stop order on GMST.
