Goutama - <Well... this thread's expectations of Intel's execution were set by PB's another broken record containing #1 hit titled "Intel's Stealth Performance". The record mysteriously disappeared with several other broken records (ex:"Bumped up Voltage", "RAS", "We are 2 - no make that 3 speed grades ahead", "can't get above 350MHz", "our process is 2 generations ahead", etc.,) after Athlons release, Intel's DRDRAM problems and Coppermine launch ;o)>

For the record:

I have commented on: The voltage issue. You may have not liked my take on that. I'll give you that one. Hardly relevant anymore.

The other items:

a) "Intel's Stealth Performance"; don't know what you're talking about.

b) "RAS". "We are 2 - no make that 3 speed grades ahead", "can't get above 350MHz", "our process is 2 generations ahead", etc.,) ...

link up some of my posts on these items Goutama. Otherwise, I don't know what the flip you're talking about. Are you absolutely sure you wish to attribute the above quotes to PB in the above list???

Also, I have admitted that my channel volume prediction vs. Cumine launch was AFU. I was wrong. It took a few weeks.

I will defend anything I write here. I have been wrong, and I attempt to admit as much once determined. However, attributing stuff to PB, that PB didn't post, is bullsh*t.
