Thanks Eric. I understand only about 30 people are accepted into this 12 month program each year. To be sure, this generally ill tempered curmudgeon is psyched. Carly Fiorina attended during her early days at Lucent. I hope to meet her at some point during the year since she's a strong advocate for this Sloan program.

Sorry to hear about Sprint's capacity issues. Will let you know my wireless data and voice experiences (I just ordered two phones from their on-line store: the dual band touchpoint and the QCP-2760). But remember, they are still ramping network capacity. Next year will/should be big as their upgraded infrastructure is rolled out. Their lead over T will/should get wider and wider.

BTW, I walked into Qualcomm's Singapore office a month ago unannounced and met the manager. He's a nice young guy. I was especially surprised at the time he shared with me after getting off the phone. (It was a quiet Friday afternoon.) The office space is brand new (right next to Cisco's) on the 4th floor of a new office tower. I got the impression his mission is to run sales/marketing in the region. (I asked him where I could purchase a Qualcomm phone in Singapore. He said I couldn't - yet.) They have huge potential in Singapore, especially since SingTel thinks they have the wireless market locked up. They must be hiring (or everyone was out) because the place was deserted, other than a recepionist. But I did get a slight rush walking out and seeing Cisco's offices only steps away. I didn't venture in, although I wanted to.

I'm going to Hong Kong for a few months after the New Year. I hear Hutchison Telecom has been operating a CDMA network there for sometime now. I'll let you guys know if I have any trouble using the touchpoint in both Boston and HKG.
