I would like Mr. Brown to go on the record, preferably at a stockholders meeting on the following issues:

(1) Status of the audit which is long overdue
(2) Filing with the SEC so the ignominious "E" can be removed, which is
hurting shareholder value
(3) Status of Russian payments
(4) Status of other projects
