re WTO ... you are very welcome. The scene is almost surreal in the downtown core. The AFL-CIO march is well underway and the mood seems to have calmed somewhat. I would guess there are 20-30,000 in the streets. The police have, thus far, declined the Governor's offer to mobilize National Guard units but who knows what will happen when President Clinton arrives tonight or tomorrow. The police are on full tactical alert and have deployed armored cars throughout the town. Is this really MY city??? unbelievable. I'm holding NEM and puts on some high-flyer techs. Long SLB and APA calls too, but unfortunately bought them a bit early. Good Luck. API looks bullish, huh?
