DO you still see this as a $30+ stock? It seems as if WIT copied you and issued a $30 price target. Of course, since it was around 25 today that wasn't real bold!

Exactis.com and Redherring.com Pair to Send Three Business E-Newsletters to More Than 300,000 Subscribers
DENVER, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Exactis.com Inc. (Nasdaq: XACT - news), a leading provider of permission-based precision e-mail marketing and communications outsourcing solutions, announced today an agreement with Redherring.com whereby it will send three Redherring.com daily and weekly business e-newsletters to more than 300,000 subscribers.

In all, Exactis.com will send and manage approximately five million messages per month on behalf of Redherring.com. Exactis.com will be sending Redherring.com's ''Catch of the Day'' daily newsletter, which has 262,000 subscribers. Subscribers can choose to receive the newsletter in HTML or text form. Exactis.com will also manage Redherring.com's ''The Red Eye'' and ''VC P.S.'' weekly newsletters. These have a combined subscription of approximately 77,000.

Redherring.com will use Exactis.com's InformMessaging(SM) solution to meet their immediate newsletter needs and will also use Exactis.com's TargetMessaging(SM) solution for their direct e-mail promotions. TargetMessaging is Exactis.com's new permission-based precision e-mail outsourcing solution for targeting and managing large-scale one-to-one e-mail marketing campaigns.
