Sounds more and more desperate every day. Save some self respect (and swallow the losses) and move on. You are good for a few laughs, but, well, we all sorta feel sorry for ya.

Good luck.

Please allow me to recall AOL.

December last year, prior to two splits, AOL at $110, after market, addition to S&P 500 announced. AOL soared to $135 in afterhour trading and finished year at $160. 45% up in less than a month. Just an example for the first Internet company added to S&P 500.

Of course, it is YHOO now. YHOO traded at $220 in Jan this year. How much is today? It's YHOO time now. What is its earning growth percentage this year? How much money is going to buy YHOO from S&P 500 index fund managers before 12/31/99? Is earning estimate of 15 cents too high YHOO for the fourth quarter? How about another 2 cents above whisper numbers? How about 2 for 1 split at 1/12/2000 with 260M shares outstanding vs. 900M shares authorized now? Shopping.yahoo.com's sales are 400% over last thanksgiving weekend. Call me a dreamer. I see YHOO at $350 on 1/13/2000.

Does anybody YAHOO?

After shorting the stock all thru its heroic rise, Smart Investor eventually went long towards January end - just as YHOO began its year long consolidation period....I felt bad for him.

It took me a while but I managed to extract this piece of art from the archives. It was written by a friendly bear..
