Must the flogging stop with the gardener? Somehow that strikes me as a bit lax. Surely there are many more people that need a really good flogging. As per my usual modus operandi, I have a list. Perhaps we could jointly flog about the neighborhood? Like carolers?

This reminds me, I simply must share this with you before I leave:

I recently attended a 2-day seminar - the room was full. Many were couples as the host suggested both attend. One couple brought their 6-week old baby. The speaker welcomed the baby in particular, saying he had lulled more than one tyke to sleep during previous presentations.

After about 20 minutes, the baby began fussing. The mother determined her daughter was hungry and discreetly began breast feeding - the baby quieted immediately. They were sitting in the front row. No one in the group protested, no one remarked about it at break, no one was aroused or craning their neck to sneak a peek.

This happened more than once during the 2-day seminar. The mother and child did not sit in the same row each session, and no one avoided sitting next to them or showed unusual interest in watching them.

I just thought you might enjoy this slice of real world experience.
