The co. has claimed only to have received an order, not a sale.

You seem to be confused about what is meant by the terms "sale" and "revenue."

As I have said before, this company has no recent record of revenues from product sales.

There is no assurance the purported order will actually culminate in a sale, much less a sale in the amount of $50 M.

In any case, the company lacks the finances to fund a $50 M manufacturing ramp. It has a shareholders equity of only a mere $0.2 M.

What you're looking at here is a poorly financed BB company making grandiose claims to a teeming mass of eager yet unsophisticated individual investors. I've seen this ploy lots of times before. It almost never turns out well for the small shareholder.
