Dear VFD: I see no reason for downgrades as consensus has not yet changed--now IF the company guides consensus lower then thats another story but I havent heard that to be the case YET. If they do come though I suppose my 77 will look like overpaying if its executed. However, looking out 2-3 years and assuming this FON merger goes through I would think we would have at least a double from this area. This is not a BB stock, if it goes down it will utltimately recover, good management who has proven themselves many times over etc etc. JDN
