I've been chattering a lot today because I am listening to a webcast from one company and and audio from another simultaneously. I'm glad that oft-used term out of the box has finally disappeared from these things. It can be so boring I amuse myself by listening for standard mgmt buzzwords. "Maximizing customer satisfaction" seems to have fallen off too. I'm looking for a new book if anybody has one. I ordered that American Tragedy after someone was talking on another thread about ghosts... but it hasn't come yet. That was the book they based "a place in the sun" on. The Shelley Winters character was really murdered and her ghost still haunts the lake (well thats what they say on "unlsoved mysteries" anyway!)
