Perhaps a press release announcing the launch of service in Brasil would be too much to ask of those overworked Globalstar folks - with all the work they are doing on supposedly unnecessary financing and all.

RS, I think we'd settled on 350,000 terminals by year-end 2000, didn't we, as a solid target that would get us to success? If that's the case, 50,000 in Brazil would be a terrific contribution to the total, and 10,000 in Mexico would be a little light but maybe okay. Agreed?
