Evidently, many checks have bounced, including personal checks from JS to employees for payroll. Well that is interesting if true. What on earth was he doing paying payroll with personal checks? Where does he personally get the money to make these payments? It couldn't be from some kind of partnership or other source where shares of PABN are being sold short, but secured by his 175M+ shares now could it? This doesn't mean that the company is not being run as a company now does it? That expenses for operation are in fact coming from insiders to create the illusion of it being an actual business? That would be the meaning of him paying expenses personally now wouldn't it?
