It sure would be interesting to take a look at them. Both the direct view and a "spray on" image for augmenting a task. Direct laser light in the eye does sound a little disconcerting <g>. You'd hate for the drivers to mess up. I wonder if they were waiting for blue and green diode lasers? I also wonder how they get around the infamous laser "speckle"?

Still, whoever thought of the idea deserves 10 "original idea" points <g>.

Well, I'm writing this from my wife's "new" notebook, and I can say without reservation that I prefer my big clunky CRT!

I'm also trying to get used to this dang pointing device. Oh well, technology marches on.

BTW, GNTX sure did alright. The ST trader in me wants to lock it but I think I'll talk that bas@#rd into chilling out for a while <g>.

Are these notebooks supposed to heat up like this?
