Anyone who can provide the records necessary to make claim is either a genius or has nothing better to do. This is just another example of the abominable behavior NASD is free to inflict on the public under their SRO scam.

Did anyone else see the solicitation ads for the lawsuit about that [purported] bad ingredient in most plastic toys ?

It was worded (more or less) as follows :

Attention anyone who purchased any plastic toys between 1974 and 1999 -- you may be eligible ...

I am not exaggerating !
