Anyone who can provide the records necessary to make claim is either a genius or has nothing better to do. This is just another example of the abominable behavior NASD is free to inflict on the public under their SRO scam.

Re : class action lawsuits / chasing whatever tiny piece of money is available AFTER the law babies remove their "cut." Did anyone else see the solicitation ads for the lawsuit about that [purported] bad ingredient in most plastic toys ? It was worded (more or less) as follows : Attention anyone who purchased any plastic toys between 1974 and 1999 -- you may be eligible ... I am not exaggerating ! Jon.
