Acount balance question:

-I have $2000 cash/margin buying power (all cash) last night/at market open this morning
-I traded several times today ending up with $1700 c/m buying power (still all cash)
-IPO prices at $1800 tonight

Will I get shares if I manage to trade up to $1800 free cash by the time the IPO starts trading? (since my balance was ok at market opening of pricing day)
