I want to bring to your attention a thread I started to
discuss unlocking value of venture capital investments.
Microsoft's investments are now worth $18 When you combine that with their cash position, it makes the stock look a little less expensive.

Just another piece of evidence of DOJ motive/duplicity and why there will not be a settlement out of court. However, it is interesting watching the Supreme Court toy with the FDA and government on tobacco. They will have tons of fun quizing the DOJ on what constitutes a monopoly, how have consumers been harmed and Judge PJ's many circular arguments in the FOF.
