But other than your criticism of me, I don't see you contributing much to solving their problems at all Matthew, I am smart enough to know when I do not have the answer. Why always the presumption that the problems the Q customers are having is at the customers end. The very statement that you are trying to help them fix their problems directly implies that it is at their end. I do not work for Quote.com so I am not responsible for fixing the problems. I can only report what I see and hope it helps. Though this is difficult because when someone reports them to Gibbons, they get you responding instead and telling them that "no real trader cares about that" or check your config., etc. I just think you need to let people feel free to tell Quote.com what they see, without your perpetual need to "explain what they see" I like the fact that you have plenty of tips and tricks, but please know when things are out of your area.Sometimes the level of arrogance on this thread amazes me Now I think you almost got it! I posted just once to you in the style that you post to people reporting problems and you make that statement. If I am arrogant for making the one post, then you are GOD for all the sermons you have given people here.It just seems rather strange to me why lots of people have virtually no problems. Maybe everyone else is just out of step but those three or four people. What I don't do is try to shove 1000 symbols down a 33.6K single modem connection and then bitch and moan why things aren't working like a direct connection on the NASDAQ mainframe. I see, so it is only 3-4 people and the problem is that they are using a 33.6 modem. Question: how do you know this? Hey Steve (Palo Alto Trader) I guess you are 1 of the 3-4, are you using a 33.6 modem????? Since you are basically telling people that say they have problems that there are no problems.. consider this: None of them ever tell you that maybe you do not know a problem when you see it. My post apparently offended you but you make the same type of post to everyone that reports what they see. Just simple people describing what they are seeing and not seeing. But then, I just daytrade the e-mini, so what do I know I think my original comment that you obviously scan less charts during the day than a stock daytrader was a fair comment. If you did, then you are not paying enough attention to the futures. Is this not a true statement? Regards, OZ
