Ditto the entire posting. I am not as "advanced" but I am running a 750K BPS DSL line and I get exactly the same symptoms you listed. I am a chart flipper.

I do like their setup. Best I have used so far. I hope they can get the service problems worked out.

Then it must be your setup<g>. Richard, although a great guy to those with simple problems, in my experience has some kind of problem with problems/situations beyond his comprehension<g>...I'd just ignore him if you meet the latter criteria.

I think you have to accept Qcharts for what it is, or pay the big bucks for a system with proven reliability. Qcharts performance is definitely not what it was early this year, and there is some bad/missing data and getting it fixed can be a challenge, but still a superior package for the money IMO.

regards and good luck,

sf

Palo Alto Trader: Steve...let me add a problem that could not possible be a band width problem.

I have seen prior post about his as well. I can get a 10 minute chart of ABC, but I can not get a 5 minute chart. Plug in your own numbers or reverse the above numbers, I have seen it both ways. This is truly a server response problem. I could list a few more, but I just wanted to make the point.

We are all customers of QChart. I have personally recommend this service to more folks than I can count. And, I still think it the best service for the bucks out there. BUT, that should not preclude me from expressing my concerns about problems with QFeed. Or, should it preclude me from getting pissed off at times when poor service cost me $$$.

The company needs the feed back of its customers. I am on the One List and I see at least fifty Emails a day, so there are more than 3 or 4 folks having problems. AND, I am sure most folks leave it up to others to do the bitching.

If Quote.Com could just get the QFeed improvements to keep pace with the QChart improvements this packaged service would greatly improve.

Regards,
LG
