The cops should have given them party hats, blow sticks, and rattlers and sent them all to the harbor to watch some fireworks. That would have solved all the problems.

From what I heard there were 200 destructive people out of 30,000. That's about the same ratio as any good football game. Let's gas all the people at football games when a few get out of hand.
