I believe that public perception of a room full of State Attorneys
general, all smiling, giving themselves hi-fives, all foaming at the mouth over the potential $$$$ to add to their state coffers in the guise of protecting their constituents would make the public all want to GPF, if that means throw-up.

I believe the peasant army of MSFT shareholders would be very credible, given good, national press coverage, enunciating their
genuine concerns.

I believe a swell of this kind of support, with national media attention, would make these birds scatter to the wind

...a "peasant army" of MSFT shareholders...

I doubt you'll find many 'peasants' among Microsoft shareholders. In fact, I doubt many 'peasants' directly own shares of any company, let alone a technology company. I would think that this group of shareholders have established themselves in their circles as people of knowledge, insight, financial security, and enterprise -- qualities universally admired in our society. Most politicians would be wise to align themselves with this crowd and foolish to antagonize them.

Cheers, PW.
