PW: Remember the discussion way back in spring - summer 99 (may be 6 months ago)
that we had about MSFT's stock performance during 2nd half of 99. It pretty much
did what we were expecting. In fact, when asked you picked a 102.5 as closing
price for the year. That looks like a very good guess.

By Dec 17 expiration, it will most likely be either at 95 or 100. There may be
some pull back at year end from tax sellings & Y2K liquidations. But still around
100 looks possible.

I think after Jan3rd, there will be a strong upturn as people focus on
- post Y2K era
- Win2k era
- Dec Q blow out earnings

I think by earnings on Jan 18; MSFT should be comfortably be at 120+ or so with
~1.70 in trailing EPS and 71+ PE.
