Hey Jules, was Johnny Schmitz, the broker, a good guy when those funds got diverted to his wife's account? Seems the SEC thinks differently or do they routinely fine $100K and permanently bar people from even associating with a broker? What is there in John Schmitz record that we can see that makes him a good guy? He may be a dupe of others that are pulling the strings. He doesn't seem smart enough to me to really be putting all of this together. If they never report, those guys may be able to stay under the radar. Good guy? Phooey. Not with his record. I think you would have an easier time making the case for him being a wise guy.
