Your work on SI has proved to be invaluable to me and has made the pivotal difference in educating me to be a successful investor. Yes you have used abrasiveness and "whoopass" to draw attention to your viewpoints, but you have been accurate in your assessments, generous with your time in providing honest answers to honest questions, and consistently fair in your actions, here and on your private site. From theStreet article, it sounds like little more than a trumped up vendetta against you. 45 years jail time for $50,000 overpayment on a 7-year old disability claim -- whose kidding who? We see worse every day in the markets and on the news go unpunished. I hope fairness prevails. Those who wish to discredit you and your work regardless now have a convenient crutch. Perhaps the more tolerant will remember the principle of innocence until proven guilty. Meanwhile, anyone who wants to know who you ARE or about the great work you DO, should feel free to ask me. I consider myself enormously fortunate to have met up with you on these boards and am grateful for the opportunity you have given me and so many others to work with you. This very old dirty laundry changes that not at all. Alan
