Here's an interesting fact from the latest issue of Infrastructure (if you're investing in this sector, you ought to consider subscribing. infras.com): Applied Materials reports that almost 80% of their shipments are for production of devices with sub-0.25 micron feature sizes, and 54% of their orders are for production of 0.18 micron and smaller.
