Yeah right, IN. This thread is filled with financial geniuses. mooter said many times that VLNC would have no trouble securing favorable, non-dilutive financing. Since he began claiming this, the stock has been diluted from about 25 million to about 37.5 million shares. FMK claimed that the chances of a variable rate conversion occuring were similar to your chances of defaulting on your mortgage. Paul claimed that Castle Creek would not short the stock because after months of due dilligence, Castle Creek was bullish on VLNC.

Rant away, IN. The fact remains that private placements are not priced two weeks in advance (unless the price is a substantial discount to the market).
